As General Manager of Odyssey Construction & Fitout, Angelo is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our customers, business partners and employees
Angelo joined Odyssey Construction & Fitout in 2017 and is an experienced senior construction and property professional, with over 16 years of experience in the industry. His extensive skills and experience span across all aspects of the construction sector including leading and managing diverse projects that include mix use residential projects, commercial office towers, knowledge and learning centres, and hospitals
Phil Jones
Senior Project Manager
Phil joined Odyssey Construction & Fitout in 2006 as a Project Manager, and has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry. Phil is a key senior member of Odyssey Construction & Fitout Management Team.
Prior to joining Odyssey Construction & Fitout, Phil held various positions at Rintoul (AW Edwards) where he progressed from an apprentice Carpenter/Joiner through to a Senior Site Foreman. In addition, his experience was further strengthened as a Project Manager with Quadric Interiors for over 7 years.
Glenn Ryeland
Senior Project Manager
Glenn’s 33 years of experience in the construction Industry spans from Apprentice carpenter with the Federal government, then onto a carpenter working through to leading hand, supervisor General Foreman, and Project management in the construction industry.
As a Senior Project Manager Glenn’s has experience in new builds, fit out and refurbishment across a variety of construction sectors including; Education, Rail, Pharmaceutical, food industry, hospitality, aged care, institutional and office projects.
James Christopoulos
Acquisitions Manager
James joined Odyssey Construction & Fit Out, as a Solutions Acquisition expert, with almost 30 years of extensive Business Networks in all Industries & Sectors.
James is an integral part of ensuring that Odyssey remains relevant to all current and future clients. Together with senior management James’s focus on ensuring our delivery techniques, methods of construction and technologies used are at the forefront of the industry best practice to ensure we adapt as our clients business model and requirements change.
Juan Paulo Martinez
Contracts Administrator
Through Juan Paulo accomplishments in obtaining degrees in both Architecture and Construction along with his 8 years’ experience within the Built Environment Industry managing an array of multimillion dollar projects across the Commercial, Government and Health Sectors he provides the necessary experience and expertise in his Contract Administration role.
JP has worked in various facets of the industry including architecture, telecommunication civil construction and joinery. In addition, throughout construction management he has experience in contract administration, client management and site management.

Mark McMenamin
Senior Site Manager
Mark’s construction experience extends over 30 years and he understands all facets of construction. His experience spans refurbishments, heritage restorations and fit outs, as well as new builds of hotels, health, aged care, education, industrial and commercial facilities. Mark also has experience constructing in busy live environments, managing services diversions and shutdowns as well as managing services and trades on technically demanding projects.
Mark has developed a strong focus on buildability, quality and programming and has particular skills in working closely with clients, consultants and the workforce. Mark’s knowledge in construction safety, problem solving and issue resolution, services, authority liaison, with active involvement in team building and mentoring of the broader team ensure that sites under his stewardship are organised, safe and produce the best outcomes for our clients.
Chris Kanaris
Site Manager
Chris is Odyssey Interior’s Site Manager/Foreman and has over 30 years’ experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Chris began his career as a plumber, and then expanded his skill set to a Partitioner, before transitioning to a Senior Site Manager. Chris’ extensive on-site knowledge, keen eye for detail and exceptional leadership skills have earned him the reputation as one of Sydney’s most experienced and qualified Site Managers.
Chris has the proven skills and experience to successfully complete projects in both occupied and unoccupied environments by utilising his superior communication and organisational skills. These skills are continuously acknowledged and highly regarded by both the client and sub-contractors.
