Odyssey Construction & Fitout coordinated the fit out works with the regulatory authorities for this building including the Heritage Commission, City of Sydney Heritage, Jobs NSW & Wynyard Green Management. The works involved demolition of non-Heritage fit out and retaining all existing Heritage items without damage, to verify this process and satisfy the heritage consultants Odyssey conducted dilapidation reports before and after demolition.
