Works involved the demolition of existing fit out including all tenant dedicated services. The 2000m2 floor plate was completely refurbished bringing it back to base building standard with new carpet and ceiling grid ready to receive new integrated fit out. Included in the works was a lobby refresh and refurbishment of existing bathrooms.
